Upon investigation, we found that its domain name was only founded in 2025. It is obvious that the information it said on the website does not match the facts. It also displays a registration certificate for Financial Commission on its website, which is known to mean only the company's business registration and does not have the right to regulate foreign exchange. More notably, the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) issued a warning against Mobis Invest, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without proper authorization.
Mobis Invest is unregulated, offering no legal protections for investors' funds. Mobis Invest seems to be a scam.
