According to its website, Monte Verde purports to have an office in Austria, where brokers are required to be authorized and regulated by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). However, our search for this company in the FMA register found no matching entries. This means that Monte Verde falls outside the regulatory framework. In addition, the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued a warning against Monte Verde for offering financial and investment services in the absence of required authorization.

In essence, Monte Verde is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
