  • Feb 06, 2025 BrokersView has reviewed that Morgantrust is an unregulated broker

    Morgantrust claims to be a broker regulated by the following authorities or in the below jurisdictions:

    1) The Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) in the US with company number 2024165367;

    2) The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) with MSB 31000282081314;

    3) In Singapore with license number 201836879H;

    4) The Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission (CySEC) with number 139/11;

    5) The Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB);

    6) The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with license number 02737458;

    7) The Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) with license number SIA-F218.

    However, our investigation suggests that all the above are false regulation claims. This is a major red flag. The CONSOB has ordered the website of Morgantrust to be shut down for illegal operations.

    In essence, Morgantrust is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.  Morgantrust appears to be a scam.
