    Morning Sky Trade claims to be a licensed broker under regulation of the United States National Futures Association (NFA). We searched the NFA and found a matching result. However, Morning Sky Trade is not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an approved NFA member. 

    Morning Sky Trade also claims to be a UK-based entity. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. However, we did not find any match results to Morning Sky Trade in FCA. That means Morning Sky Trade is not regulated by any regulators.
