  • May 21, 2024 BrokersView has reviewed that Nasdaq Dubai is an unregulated broker

According to its website, it claims to be regulated by DFSA. After inquiry, we found the same brand name in DFSA, but after careful comparison, we found that the DFSA certificate was authorized in 2005, but the domain name of the brand Nasdaq Dubai was established in 2024. This is a misappropriation of the real Nasdaq Dubai brand name and regulatory letter. Please do not deposit money here.

The most compelling evidence comes when the Securities Commission of the Bahamas (SCB) adds Nasdaq Dubai to its warning list, refuting the broker's false claims of being regulated by them.

In essence, Nasdaq Dubai is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

Nasdaq Dubai appears to be a scam.
