However, upon verification, we first checked the SVG FSA's public registry and found an entry for NATIONFX LLC, but its current status is clearly marked as "Liquidated," indicating that the company may no longer be operational or is undergoing formal dissolution. Secondly, we searched the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) registry of authorized firms and found no record of Nation FX being licensed or supervised by CySEC. This suggests that its claimed operations in Cyprus are not authorized or regulated. Given these findings, we consider Nation FX a potential scam.
