    Neural4X claims to be a trading name of Notesco Limited, a company registered in Bermuda with registration number 51491. However, as per relevant law, The Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) regulates Bermuda's financial services sector, which supervises, regulates, and inspects financial institutions operating in the jurisdiction. But we did not find any match results to Neural4X or Notesco Limited in BMA. The truth is, Neural4X is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
