    New Tick Limited claims to be a licensed broker without presenting any information about its regulation. The lack of such important information may be a distinct signal of unlicensed broker, as regulated brokers always present their accreditations and licenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag. 

    By downloading this broker's MT4 platform software, we found that New Tick Limited is a New Zealand-based entity. We searched New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) and found a matching result. However, New Tick Limited has been deregistered, and this broker has never been authorized to provide forex services. That means New Tick Limited is not regulated by any regulators. 

    Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
