It claims to be established in the UK and regulated by Hong Kong. As we all know, if you want to exercise foreign exchange rights in the UK or Hong Kong, you must obtain the permission of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the FCA and SFC.
The truth is that NYBOT Global is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
