Octafx-earn claims to be a company regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) and by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) with Dealers Licence SD057. However, our search for this broker in the abovementioned regulators' registries did not yield any matching results. Therefore, the regulatory status it claims is a false statement to unsuspecting investors.
