Octafx trade claims to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a broker-dealer and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CTFC) as a futures commission merchant and is a member of FINRA, the National Futures Association (NFA). It is also shown on the website that it is regulated in the UK.
But first, we did not find any match results to this broker in the US SEC, CTFC, NFA, and RINRA.
