Onecapital claims to be the trading name of Nexus LLC, a company supposedly registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) under registration number 1070 LLC 2021. However, we searched the register of the SVG FSA and have been unable to locate a firm called Nexus LLC under that number. This means the claim is a false statement.
Additionally, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against Onecapital, saying this firm is not authorized by them and is targeting people in the UK.
In essence, Onecapital is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
