    ONEFX claims to be an active financial service provider while presenting neither details about its regulations nor legal documents (terms & conditions, risk disclosure, etc.). Lacking such important information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag here.

    ONEFX also claims its company address is in Australia. As per Australian law, to be able to operate in Australia or offer financial services to Australians, brokers are required to hold a valid Australian Financial Services (AFS) licence issued by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). However, we did not find any match results to this broker in ASIC. The truth is, ONEFX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
