OnspotBNK claims to be a licensed broker and attachs a regulatory document on its website. However, we could not find the specific name of the related regulator and only find the country "Nederland" in the document.
We searched the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) but found no matching results. That means the broker is not regulated in Netherland.
Moreover, the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning that OnspotBNK was not authorised to provide the investment services in Spain.
The truth is that OnspotBNK is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
