ORKAN FX claims it has at least 6 years of experience in the trading market. However, when we checked its domain, we found it had been created on 4 March 2022, less than 5 months. Then where are the 6 years of experience comes from? It is a red flag.
ORKAN FX also claims to be a UK-based entity. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. However, we did not find any matching results in FCA.
What's more, the France Autorité des Marchés Financiers (FMA) issued a warning that ORKAN FX is not authorized to provide forex services and products in France.
That means ORKAN FX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
