Upon investigation, we found that Otex Expert is not authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the FSCA.
And the FCA issued a warning that OTEX EXPERT / OTEX-EXPERT.COM was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization.
The truth is that Otex Expert is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
