On 19 May 2022, the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) issued a warning that Perfect Choice Trade is not Maltese registered companies nor licensed or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any investment services or other financial services which are required to be licensed or otherwise authorised under Maltese law. Perfect Choice Trade claims to be located in the USA and regulated by several regulators including: 

 1) the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA);

 2) the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA);

 3) the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin);

 4) the France Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF);

 5) the Italy Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB);

 6) the US Financial Services Authority No.IS/560000;

Please be informed that the sixth is not the forex regulator in the USA. The only forex regulator in the USA is the National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States. 

We searched UK FCA, BaFin, AMF and CONSOB but found no matching result. However, there is a warning against Perfect Choice Trade. 

MFSA issued a warning that Perfect Choice Trade is not Maltese registered companies nor licensed or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any investment services or other financial services which are required to be licensed or otherwise authorised under Maltese law. 

The truth is that Perfect Choice Trade is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

BrokersView found the domain "https://perfectchoicetrade.com/" is not working, as most probably it was suspended and it is always a bad sign when broker's website is suspended.
