As we all know, St. Lucia does not have the right to regulate foreign exchange. More importantly, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) issued a warning that Pioneer Markets was providing financial services or products without authorisation.
In essence, Pioneer Markets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Pioneer Markets appears to be a scam.
