Posco.Capital claims to be owned and operated by Posco Capital Partner Plc limited, a legally registered company registered with the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) with registration number: 14185649. But we found this number is actually belongs to a company named "ELITECOINBLAST LTD." Besides, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. 

As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). When we searched in FCA, we only found a warning against this broker issued by FCA for being a clone firm that falsely uses the details of firms we authorize to try to convince people that they work for a genuine, authorized firm. The truth is, Posco.Capital is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is a scam.
