Power Forex claims to be a registered firm in Uganda and displays its business certificate from the Uganda Business Registration Center. However, as per the information we hold, Uganda currently has no regulatory body that issue license for forex trading or regulate entities engaging in forex services. Even having business registration does not mean having valid regulations to offer financial derivatives. The truth is that Power Forex is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
