Powerbitfxsignal claims to be located in the UK and presents a company number 13122252. We searched Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) and found a company named AI TRADE FX LTD. However, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA.
