However, when searching for this broker in FCA's registry, we found it was listed as an unauthorised firm by FCA for providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. And the Firm Reference Number belongs to another company named Barclays Capital Securities Limited. That means what Prime Growth Equity claims over its regulatory status is a false statement to unsuspecting investors.
