Jun 25, 2023 BrokersView has reviewed that Primus Forex is an unregulated broker
Primus Forex claims to be operated by Primus Markets INTL Limited, a company supposedly regulated by the Vanuatu Securities and Exchange Commission (VFSC). While we did find a company with the same name in the VFSC register, our thorough investigation suggests that Primus Forex falsely claims to be operated by the VFSC-registered company. We contacted Primus Markets INTL Limited and confirmed that it doesn't have any association with Primus Forex.
Additionally, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) added Primus Forex to its warning list, stating it does not belong to an entity which has been granted an authorization for the provision of investment services and/or the performance of investment activities.
In essence, Primus Forex is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
