    ProSoft claims to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the International Financial Services Commission (IFSC), and the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC). However, our investigation doesn't support its legitimacy in forex markets. In addition, the FSC has issued a warning against this broker, stating that it is falsely claiming to be regulated by the regulator.

    In essence, ProSoft is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
