PROTON-ASSETS cliams to be one of the leading platforms in the United Kingdom offering binary options, Forex and spreads which regulated by the FSB and CHGA based in England. However, please be informed that there are currently no financial regulators in the UK whose acronyms are FSB or CHGA. Besides, as per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
However, when we searched in FCA, we only found a warning against this broker for providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. The truth is, PROTON-ASSETS is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law.
