According to its website, PSS CORPORATION provides a full range of investment related services through its operation branches. PSS GLOBAL TRADING LIMITED ("PSS TRADING") is incorporated in the Marshall Islands with registration NO.118818, PRIVATE SCANDINAVIAN SPARKASSE LIMITED (PSS LIMITED) is incorporated in the Hong Kong with registration NO. 2535063, PSS TRUSTEE COMPANY L.L.C.is incorporated in DUBAI. Upon investigation, we didn't find any matching information in the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), DuBai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), Central Bank of U.A.E.(CBUAE). We found the relevant registration information in the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) , but registration in the Marshall Islands does not mean it is legal, because IRI is only a privately held registrar and does not regulate foreign exchange.
The truth is that PSS is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
