Apr 23, 2022 BrokersView has reviewed that RealFactorFX is an Unregulated Forex Broker
RealFactorFX claims it is a subsidiary of RealFactorFX PLC, a company authorized and regulated by multiple authorities.
1) The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under registration number 434413.
2) The Securities Commission of The Bahamas (Bahamas SCB) under registration number 199667.
3) The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB).
However, we did not find any match results to RealFactorFX in Bahamas SCB or CONSOB. When we searched in FCA, we found a match result to the registration number. But the number belongs to a licensed company named "Activtrades Plc". RealFactorFX has no connection with the licensed company since the former's domain is not the one Activtrades Plc registered in FCA.
What's more, we found this broker had already been blacklisted by FCA for providing financial services without authorization. That means RealFactorFX is neither regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
