RUI WIN is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. RUI WIN claims it is located in Australia, one of the international financial centers. However, we did not find any match results to RUI WIN in the Australia regulator Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). That means RUI WIN is not an approved broker in Australia.
Downloading its official MT5 trading platform, we found this broker has another address in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. However, they are no matching results for this broker in FCA.
The truth is that RUI WIN is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
