Contrary to its claim of having over 5 years of experience, SENEKPITAL's domain name was only registered in May of last year. This discrepancy is a significant red flag. In its footer, SENEKPITAL claims to be owned by AEON Ltd, a company allegedly registered in St. Lucia. The broker openly states that it is not regulated by major financial regulators, which is indeed concerning. For the services SENEKPITAL offers, it is required to obtain the necessary licenses from appropriate financial authorities and be regulated by them. Relying solely on registration in St. Lucia—an offshore area where forex trading activities are not licensed and provide minimal protections for investors—is not sufficient to establish the legitimacy and credibility of a forex broker. Additionally, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added SENEKPITAL to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.

In essence, SENEKPITAL is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.  SENEKPITAL appears to be a scam.
