    Sky Equity LTD is a thorough scam for two main reasons. Firstly, Sky Equity LTD shows its company address is in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. However, we did not find any match results to Sky Equity LTD in FCA. That means Sky Equity LTD is not an approved broker to provide financial services in the UK.

    Besides, Sky Equity LTD claims to be licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 138/11. When we searched in the CySEC, we found the license number belongs to a company named "Topfx Ltd" As per the details shown on the CySEC, the approved domains of the licensed Topfx Ltd are "www.topfx.com and www.fondex.com"

    That means Sky Equity LTD (domain: https://www.skyequity.co/) has no connection with Topfx Ltd, as the former's domain is not included in the approved domains of Topfx Ltd.
