    SkyFx claims to be regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of the Republic of Mauritius. However, it is currently not regulated or overseen by any regulator when we checked on FSC. That means investors’ funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam broker.
