SolidusMarkets claims to be owned and operated by Digital Genius LLC Reg. No. 966000, but it provided no address, no phone number, no e-mail and no any regulatory information, it's a red flag. However, IRI does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses, so having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
