Spotyfx claims to be owned and operated by NVS LLC, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) under registration number 2026 LLC 2022. We indeed found a match result to NVS LLC in SVG FSA. However, SVG FSA is not a forex regulator that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities engaging in forex.
Besides, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) issued a warning that Spotyfx is an unauthorized firm.
