  • Nov 20, 2022 BrokersView has Reviewed that Summa Capital is an Unregulated Forex Broker

Summa Capital claims to be a licensed broker under multiple regulations including:

     1) the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA),

     2) the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM),

     3) the Italy Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB),

     4) the Finanstilsynet (FI or Danish FSA),

     5) the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV),

     6) the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin),

     7) the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA),

     8) the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA).

However, the truth is different from what the broker presents.

First, FSMA does not regulate forex activity. Both forex brokers and forex activities are banned in Belgian.

In addition, we did not find any matching result in CONSOB, CNMV, DFSA or FCA. That means the broker is not authorized by the regulators to provide financial services.

Moreover, though we did find some results in AFM, Danish FSA, and BaFin. The verified addresses are different from the ones presented on the broker's website. It can not be sure that Summa Capital is regulated by them.

What's more, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland (FIN-FSA) has cause to suspect that company Summa Capital is a fraud and the company missuses the Finnish company's information incorrectly.

The truth is that Summa Capital is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
