  • Sep 14, 2022 BrokersView has Reviewed that SuperFx Trades is an Unregulated Forex Broker

SuperFx Trades claims to be regulated by several forex regulators, including Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC), the Securities Commission of The Bahamas(SCB), and the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission(VFSC).

First, we searched the number 436416 in ASIC, and found the number belongs to a company named TRADEMAX AUSTRALIA LIMITED, instead of Superfxtrades Australia Pty Ltd. That means SuperFx Trades is not regulated by ASIC.

Second,we searched SCB but found no matching results. In other words, this broker is not regulated in Bahamas.

Third, we searched the number 40356 in VFSC and found the company named Trademax Global Limited. However, no information could prove that there is connection between the company and SuperFx Trades.

Moreover, the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) issued a warning that SuperFx Trades is providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.

The truth is that SuperFx Trades is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
