Swiftpayexchange claims to be operated by Swiftpayexchange LIMITED, a regulated broker under regulation of the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI). However, pleased be informed that IRI does not issue forex licensed or regulate forex activities.
What's more, the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning that Swiftpayexchange is not authorised to provide the investment services.
