According to its website, it is located in the UK and Germany.
Upon investigation, we found that Swiss KMS is not Authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Federal Financial Supervisory Authority in Germany(BaFin).
And the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning that SWISS KMS was providing financial services or products without authorisation.
The truth is that Swiss KMS is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
