  • Jun 28, 2023 BrokersView has reviewed that SwissIAM is an unregulated broker

SwissIAM claims to be the trademark of Mega Gold Serves Ltd., a company supposedly registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) under registration number 27432 BC 2022. However, our search for this company in the SVG FSA register didn't yield any results. In addition, the offshore financial watchdog has explicitly stated that it does not issue any licenses for forex trading or brokerage nor does it regulate, monitor, supervise or license international companies engaging in such activities.

Furthermore, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) added SwissIAM to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.

In essence, SwissIAM is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
