SwizzPRO claims to be owned and operated by CFNX Solution OU, a company locates in Estonia. So we did some searches in the financial regulator in Estonia-the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (EFSA). We indeed found a match result to CFNX Solution OU in EFSA, but as per the regulatory details shown on the regulator, the approved domain of the licensed firm is "kapnetz.com" instead of the one used by SwizzPRO.
More importantly, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning against SwizzPRO for not being authorized to provide investment services. The truth is that SwizzPRO is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
