Although TANSAR CAPITAL has previously obtained permission from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market (ARDFM), however, ARDFM does not have the authority to regulate foreign exchange. TANSAR CAPITAL appears to be unregulated by any financial authority before its closing down, very likely to be scam.
