The name may be reserved, or the incorporation process may have been initiated but not yet completed. Besides, this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status. It is important to note that IBC status does not equate to a financial license. The IFC does not regulate or authorize entities for forex trading activities. Furthermore, TargetFX is not licensed or supervised by any reputable financial regulatory authority. This lack of proper regulation is a significant warning sign of potential fraudulent activity.
