TelcoFx claims to be a regulated by:
1) Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), No. 150/11;
2) the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), No. 580193;
3) the French Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR), No. 74013 (Not a forex regulator);
4) the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin);
5) the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission(VFSC), No. 17933.
However, it is confirmed that the broker is not regulated by any of the above regulatory bodies.
