However, its claim is unfounded. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against Themax Financial, warning the public of this unauthorized firm. And the FinCEN's MSB register doesn't include a company called Themax Financial.
While Themax Financial has an NFA ID number in NFA's BASIC, data suggest that it is not an NFA member. According to NFA, non-Members are not subject to their oversight, and the NFA ID numbers are for tracking purposes only.
In essence, Themax Financial is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
