Trade Union claims to be owned and operated by Incendiary Group LTD, a company registered in the Commonwealth of Dominica with registration number: 2021/IBC00031. First, we did not find any match results to the company name or the registration number in the Financial Services Unit of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Besides, Dominica does not have any regulatory bodies that issue licenses for forex trading or regulate entities engaging in forex trading. That means Trade Union is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
