However, our search for the forex broker in the IRI register didn't yield any matching results. This means it falsely claims to be registered. What's more, even its registration were true, it remained unlicensed as the IRI merely acts as a privately held maritime and corporate registry service provider. It has no authority in financial markets.
More importantly, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added TRADECMF to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.
In essence, TRADECMF is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
