On 28 July 2022, the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) issued a warning that an entity named “Traderactive” or “International Markets Management” is not supervised by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg. Traderactive claims it is a licensed broker under the regulations of Swiss Financial Securities (SFINS) and the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financial (CSSF) under numbers CN114595 and CSSF1901889. However, neither SFINS nor CSSF has the authority to regulate forex activities or issue forex licenses.
Traderactive also claims to be based in Gibraltar. As per the information we have, no regulators in Gibraltar regulate forex activities.
