First, when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2020. So how could it start its business in 2017? Second, as per the information we hold, Haiti currently has no regulatory body that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities engaging in forex services. That means Tradeworks is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
