Although we did find records in the Companies House (CH) registry matching Capital Hills Trading Ltd., the company that TrendFX PNS claims owns and operates this trading platform, it is important to note that the CH registration certificate is not the license for operating in the UK financial markets legally. Brokers who offer financial products or services in this country must obtain authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) before soliciting potential investors. However, the FCA has issued a warning against TrendFX PNS for operating without proper authorization.
In essence, TrendFX PNS is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
