According to its website, it is to be regulated by Finanical Conduct Authority (FCA), Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) and Mauritius Financial Services Commission (Mauritius FSC). Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the FCA, VFSC and FSC.
In essence, Trent Exchange is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Trent Exchange appears to be a scam.
