  • May 15, 2022 BrokersView has reviewed that True Capital is an unregulated forex broker

    True Capital is not a licensed broker for the following reasons.

    1) After going through the broker's website, we found that neither regulatory information nor company details is mentioned. The lack of such information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as regulated brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag here.

    2) Downloading its trading platform, we found this broker is owned by Fantastic Days Limited, a liability company located in the Seychelles. However, we didn't find any result matching this broker in the register of Seychelles FSA (Seychelles Financial Services Authority; the Seychelles financial regulator). 

    All evidence clearly states that True Capital is not overseen by any regulator. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
